" Iron sharpening Iron" can change lives

After my diagnosis and recovery for prostate cancer 2015, I began to share my story to with who ever wanted to listen. I started with family and friends and expanded to men in general. Some listened while others shrugged it off as a personal matter. There was one thing that stood out, several of my friends and even new acquaintances did not revealed they too had earlier diagnosis. I asked why the secrecy. They replied, Men just don’t talk about their plumbing, PSA and Gleason scores. It mattered to me because I knew if someone had someone shared awareness and education with me it might have helped me be more on top of my health. I knew the urgency in making others aware could save lives. Timing is of the essence. Go get checked.
